"Three Breaths to Begin"

The sun peeked through the curtains as she sat on the edge of her bed, not quite ready to move. The weight of the day ahead tugged at her, but she closed her eyes instead. One breath in. One breath out. Again. And again.

In that quiet space between breaths, she remembered she gets to begin again today. Not with rush, but with presence.
